    So excited about this recipe! My last 3 attempts at beef stew were lackluster to say the least. Made this recipe by adding 50% more tomato paste and broth, and didn’t add celery and paprika for allergy reasons but it was still amazing! If I had more of the ingredients, I would’ve made another batch immediately for the freezer. The family loved it too, and they’re finicky!

    this is a great stew, went off recipe just a little but still amazing! i added red potatoes.........
