- 2 cups beef stock
- 1 Tbsp. oil (sesame seed)
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. beef (“Better Than Bouillon” or a quality beef bouillon paste)
- 3 sprigs thyme
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 1 cup frozen peas
