    I didn’t have caraway seeds or tomato paste so used a can of tomato soup instead. Also added more potatoes. It was excellent!

    great, but i modified. instead of flour, i replaced with coconut flour. added entire 6oz can of tomato paste instead and added a cup of cherry tomatoes and a spoon of coconut aminos. and also added a full 32oz carton of beef broth vs 3 cups

    It turned out nice, but lacked a little something for me. I added about 1/4 cup (I doubled the recipe) balsamic vinegar and it was to die for! The rest of the ingredients melded very well and gave it a wonderful flavor.

    Turned out beautiful! Used a great piece of chuck, and it melted in your mouth. I only used about 1/2 off the caraway seed, but only as a precaution. Love this recipe!

    It was fabulous. Tweaked it a bit. Added mushrooms and a small can of tomato paste. Browned the beef before putting in the slow cooker.

    Way too much dried herb for this amount of stew...was overwhelming. I may make it again, but I would definitely modify the amount of herb.
