    Delish...fall off the bone and flavorful. My ribs were relatively lean (the way I like them) so the quality of the meat makes a difference. I added onion and used the crock pot liner. Made great gravy with a little cornstarch. After the meal, I Just threw the bag away...whoosh...no cleanup! Family asked for a repeat so this is a keeper, but my regular grocer does not have short ribs; I have to get them at the meat market. They’re worth it!

    Delicious! Used Bone and Beef Broth added a little Cayenne pepper. Followed directions, cooking on low for 8 hours.

    Used chicken broth instead of beef broth. Cooked low 1-2 hours then high 5 hours. Fell off the bone!
