Melt in your mouth delicious!
I put about 2tbs of olive oil in the frying pan I was going to use for the veggies and put a sear on the brisket before putting it in the crockpot. Using the drippings from searing, I then followed the directions to cook the veggie in the same pan scraping the bottom.
Turned out amazing! The brisket was so tender and the gravy just completed it.
Definitely making again.
