5 stars for the ribs, 3 for the sauce. Making and using the rub was time consuming but well worth it. We put the ribs on top of a whole cut up cauliflower and whole sliced onion. The veggies cooked very soft and looked awful but tasted great. The ribs were falling-off-the bone tender and very flavorful. Broiling for 1 minute at the end was key to crisping up the outside of the ribs. Whole family agreed the sauce has too much vinegar. We liked this better for Easter dinner than the standard ham or lamb!
