Great flavor will definitely be making this again. Had to give ones at work the recipe after they had a bite of my leftovers.

This was fantastic! I used a Dutch oven instead of the crock pot and it cooked within 3 hrs.
Instead of using 1/2 cup of balsamic I used 1/4 cup and added beef stock to equal a half cup. Great flavor and the gravy is outstanding. This will be a family favorite from now on.

It had quite a kick, but I added a bit more garlic and an extra cup of beef broth. I had to use a significant amount of the broth from the pot to make the glaze, otherwise it would have been a pile of putty. 2 Tablespoons of water is not enough liquid. I also used low sodium broth.
