This was a hit with all 3 kids and the husband, have made it multiple times now. It’s a staple!

This was a great recipe. I wanted more of a southern Sunday dinner style so, after basting the pork loin in a honey and balsamic vinegar blend, added I added halved baby potatoes, a couple chopped carrot stalks, diced celery, and chopped portabella mushrooms to the crock pot and slow cooked it all together. I also added brown sugar to the rub and some dill, chopped garlic, and a couple bay leaves for more savoriness.
It turned out to be amazing and made enough for two adults to eat on for three nights. The leftovers were just as special as the first meal. It’s a perfect recipe for a hardy fall or winter meal.

This was DELICIOUS. Broiled first just a minute. Actually cooked in the slow cooker for about 8 hours on low. Moist and delish - whole family loved it!

It was so simple to make. Very little prep work. It only took me about 5 minutes before I had it in the crockpot. I did broil it for about 10 mins afterward bc the bacon came out soggy but the broiler fixed that. It was super moist and the family loved it. I made candies carrots and smashed garlic potatoes with it. Thumbs up!

Cooked in a slow cooker... makes a perfect main dish... (Allows you time to make dessert) I served with roasted fingerling potatoes, carrots, rutabaga & onion, coated in a mix of olive oil, minced garlic and chopped rosemary!
Will be making this again !

Delicious 😋
Had to put it in the oven on broil to make the bacon crispy for about 4 minutes or so. Very tender and tasty. Dipped it in bbq sauce for added flavor.

Was a great tasting entree for a busy day at work to come home to. Used the leftovers for tasty sandwiches for lunch at work. Hubby wants me to make this again - he really enjoyed it!

Delicious! Company worthy! And so easy, so few ingredients, and relatively inexpensive - a great combination!

Turned out really well! Ended up putting a silicone rack on the bottom of crock pot to lift pork out of juices while it cooked and it worked really well. Broiled it after as suggested to crisp up bacon.

Easy and tasty. I put it under the broiler as recommended to crisp up the bacon

So good and so easy! I cooked mine in high for 5 hours, not low (maybe my crockpot is bigger) and then broiled it for about 5 minutes. Delicious!

I forgot brown sugar so I put raspberry vinaigrette in the crockpot just to give it a little sweetness. It was easy to make and delicious. Definitely it’s going into my repitore
