These are really good!! Short ribs are quite expensive, next time I'm going to try 2.5 lbs (that's the amount of boneless short ribs that is suggested) of stew meat instead.

I made this recipe using 4lbs of boneless short ribs.
I thought to myself: this is way too much meat for 2 people!
...quite the contrary! We maybe had a nugget of meat left at the end of the meal.
It was so delicious! I made oven sweet potato fries as a side and we both drowned them in the gravy from the meat.
We were so full we had to lay down after we ate, yet we wanted more!
This recipe is easy and delicious!
If it weren’t so high in calories I would make it once a week.
However with the high calories it’s more of a special treat.
Do yourself a favor and make this recipe ♥️

My entire family loved this recipe. The ribs turned out amazing. I added a little bit of sugar to the sauce at the end to make it a little sweeter. Then i shredded the ribs and made asian tacos with the meat. Added some cilantro, cabbage and green onions to the tacos for a fresh flavor. Delicious!
