it is good and moist.the carrots are sweet and glazed.i leave out the cabbage.

This is the one. Changes for next time, will reduce liquid in half. 2 cups apple juice, not 4. But will keep brown sugar same and increase mustard. Maybe rub 1 TBSP on meat and 1 TBSP mixed with liquid. Also, think carrots need to be around meat to give more room for cabbage.
