- 1 tsp. grated nutmeg (Freshly)
- 2 tsp. allspice
- 1 lemon zest
- 1 pinch salt
- 3 granny smith apples (peeled, diced I used part Gala, and part Zestar)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. AP flour
- 1 tsp. canela
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. butter (cut into cubes)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream (chilled optional)
