Great! I halved the recipe. I used it while warm to top vegan apple cake. Delish!

I used fresh apples from the neighbor's tree ~ super simple recipe that turned out exactly as I imagined it! Now, I need to figure out what to do with the mix. lol. P.S. I used Agave for my sweetener and sprinkled some atop the baked apples. :)

I can't give it no stars. I wanted something that was thick after cooking in the slow cooker for hand apple pies and it was so runny it was useless to me. Also it is so tarty it's not funny I even used sweet apples and still extremely tarty.
