I love this chili. The cocoa powder adds a great depth. I add some extra spicy chili powder, a bay leaf, double the chipotle and adobo, and add an extra jalapeño (or habanero!). Can’t wait to make it again!

This turned out so good. Love the little note of cocoa. Added a jalapeño. Switched in basil for the oregano. It was very warming and spicy but not painfully so. Would go well with an avocado on top. Cooked on high for 4 hours.
