- freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 4 cups homemade chicken broth (or water)
- 1 lime
- 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro (plus extra for garnishing)

Will not make this again. The chicken was dry & the veggies were mushy. Very disappointing for all that anticipation. It turned out more like a watery soup than chili.
