- 1 Tbsp. ground cumin
- 2 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 sweet potatoes (large, peeled and chopped into 1 inch pieces)
- 1 onion (medium, chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 15 oz. kidney beans
- 15 oz. black beans
- 1 lb. ground sirloin (optional, Gabe added alligator to his and mine was just the vegetables)
