My son usually does not eat steak but really enjoyed it his comment was keep cooking steak like that. It was very tender and very tasty will cook again

wow wonderful and so easy
seared steaks before putting in slowcooker.steak was fall apart when it was done

Very good. I would use button mushrooms next time but that is just personal preference. I also added some Chardonnay.
