Really lovely and easy recipe to follow. I'm not sure what was 'Cuban' about this recipe but I enjoyed the flavours anyway. I did add in a few spices of my own as well as a stock pot and some cubed green peppers, which went really well with the meat. I served this with a side of couscous. Would make this again as it was a hit with the family!
