- 2 btl. Guinness Beer (enough to almost cover the beef)
- 4 Tbsp. mustard (spicy, – I used our Homemade Habanero-Horseradish Mustard)
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 head cabbage (medium sized, shredded)
- 1 white onion (chopped)
- 2 jalapeno peppers (chopped into rings)
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1 tsp. sugar
- water (as needed)
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- lemon (for serving)
