We've made this one so many times! Excellent flavor, easy to make. Taking the time to truly carmelize the onions is key here. I like previous poster's idea of adding in mushrooms. They would go great in this dish!

its was my first time making a brisket. i added mushrooms to it. was a fantastic meal for the family. great with seasoned potatoes, and stringbeans.
