A WORD OF WISDOM. Tried this New Years Day on my Minja Foodi in the pressure cooker versus the slow cooker. Soaked peas 16 hra and then followed the pressure cooker directions for 6 cups of water versus the recipe. too much liquid so all the flavor and sauce was lost. SO FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO WANT TO COOK IN THE FOODI PRESSURE COOKER FOLLOW THE RECIPE

Good. First time making. Did add 2 tsp of Cajun seasoning. Used 15oz can diced tomatoes. Think I might use diced tomatoes w/chilies. Also, added diced ham.

My favorite! I add salt meat to mine. I always double mine for my family. They all love it!!! Happy New Year with this recipe!
