Love this recipe, a real winner. What’s not to love about a healthy one pot meal. So easy & so tasty.

lovely and filling would be nicer with a little extra spice as it's abit on the plain side.

It was ok but I added crushed garlic, ginger and tamarind paste. Needed it to boost the flavour
Needed to thicken the sauce as well but just used some arrow root for that.

I like this recipe. I used regular curry powder & added some sugar snap peas! Easy to prepare & not too many ingredients.
