- 1 1/2 cups sunflower seeds (preferably soaked and dehydrated first)
- 1 1/2 cups pumpkin seeds (preferably soaked and dehydrated first)
- 1 cup shredded coconut (finely, I use this brand)
- 1 cup coconut flakes (I use this kind)
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon (organic, this brand is my favourite)
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 15 dates (soaked in warm water for 30 minutes)
- 1 banana (ripe)
- 3 Tbsp. coconut oil (melted, I recommend this brand)
- 2 Tbsp. coconut butter (melted, or manna, buy here)
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract (organic, I use this kind)
