  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup syrup
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup peanuts (cashews or mixed nuts)
  • 1/2 cup skippy creamy peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda

    Directions

    1. Spray baking sheet and metal spatula with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
    2. In 2-quart microwave-safe glass measuring cup or bowl, blend sugar, corn syrup and salt. Microwave at HIGH 5 minutes or until syrup is pale yellow. Stir in peanuts and Skippy® Creamy Peanut Butter. Microwave 1 minute. Immediately stir in baking soda until foamy. Quickly pour onto prepared baking sheet and evenly spread with spatula. Let cool, then break into pieces. Store in tightly covered container.
