Delicious! I used leftover turkey from thanksgiving so didn’t bloom the spices. Maybe I should have because there wasn’t enough curry flavor for us. Easily fixed by adding more curry. We use hot Madras Curry for some spiciness, definitely making again. Love the crunch of the apples and craisens give another element of surprise. If you’re tired of just chicken salad try this to wake up your mouth.

I’m always making this chicken salad. My husband loves it, and I like that is really light, healthy, but still, loaded with flavor and protein!
