- 3/4 lb. pasta (Hearty, such as rigatoni, penne or ziti)
- 2 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/8 cup vodka
- 1 yellow onion (Medium, chopped into small dice)
- 2 cans tomatoes (whole)

- salt
- 3/4 cup nonfat greek-style yogurt (Plain, I make my own, it's so simple, See ** Below)
