    This dish was amazing! I was worried it was going to be bland but not at all. The ingredients blend together very nicely. Will definitely be making this again!

    I made rhis for my son and I for lunch today, as we both love vegetables! I followed the recipe almost exact, I just added a few 'extras'! I added in some chopped scallions and left over cooked broccoli, just chopped it up and threw it in too. I used Parmesan cheese and panko bread crumbs. its delicious! A perfect light lunch with a piece of fruit.
