Super easy and delicious. I did add a bit of Cajun spice because we like it spicy. Served with leftover lamb for gyros, and a Greek salad. We always save lamb for gyros. Skinnytaste as always comes through with low calories and superb taste.

Delicious! Cool and light. I used dried herbs as my grocery was out of both fresh dill and chives, and I didn’t strain my yogurt. I wanted a thinner consistency so I can drizzle it on salads.

Turned out great. I don't buy greek yogurt so i line a sieve with a coffee filter add plain 2% yogurt. Let it drain for 8 hours. You get a think yogurt. I add lemon juice with the garlic and let it sit for about 5 min. It cuts the bite of raw garlic. I sometime add 2 cloves. Stays n the fridge for a week
