This is delicious - I read some other reviews that the sauce was not spicy enough so I added some more red pepper flakes, but I did not need to - the curry paste I used was plenty spicy. I do think the meatballs dried out a titch in the oven...next time I make it, I’ll cover the meatballs for 1/2 the time but I am overall very happy with how they turned out and def going to make it again.

Easy to make and tasty! The only thing I would criticize is that the sauce was too bland for me I added more curry paste, peanut butter, salt, etc. It also only took 15 min (instead of 30) to bake the meatballs, and left them in with residual heat! I added in broccoli and carrots with the sauce and topped it off with cold, diced tomatoes at the very end!

I loved this recipe. Will be making it again this week for sure because it has such simple ingredients and is relatively quick to make. Very tasty too!

These are so easy and so amazing. I used 1/2 cup almond flour for the bread crumbs and omitted the brown sugar from the sauce and it was perfect! Mine was also very mildly spicy but would be delish with the red curry paste as well

This has become a family favorite. I do use less red chili paste because it's to hot with all of it.

This was absolutely delicious! I added carrots, red pepper, mushrooms and broccoli to the sauce, needed a bit of salt and a good squeeze of lime juice.
