This is my brother-in-law's favorite dip that I make on Thanksgiving. I usually also make a baked french onion dip, but this one is the shining star.

This recipe is a crowd pleasing keeper. No one will know it's been "trimmed down." I used 3 good sized garlic cloves instead of 2, and 2% milk fat greek yogurt and Neufchatel cheese. It also makes a great filling for chicken breasts
