- 8 oz. light cream cheese
- 1 packet taco seasoning (low sodium, if available)
- 1 packet ranch salad dressing mix (i use hidden valley)
- 15 oz. black beans (rinsed and drained, VERY well)
- 15 oz. whole kernel corn, drained
- 3/4 cup Mexican cheese (reduced fat shredded, i use Sargento)
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper (use more or less depending on your level of spice preference)
