I am pretty much a novice in the kitchen and just made this for my family AND KILLED IT(the meal not my family). Delicious and fairly easy! Definitely gonna make again.

I like it very much! Low carb with lots of veggies. I used much less jalapeño since my husband is not good with heat.

I cut the sirloin strips thin and added Goya sazón 2 packets and made the French fries. Now this dish is on rotation.

Added more cumin and an extra tomato for sauce but lovely fresh flavours and vibrant looking once served. We had basmati rice and I made cauliflower rice to serve with it.

Generally good, but it felt like something was missing. However my other half very much enjoyed it!

This was very delicious and easy! The meat came out so tender and juicy too. I don’t usually like fully cooked steak but this was really good. Will definitely make again.

Very tasty and colorful. Just like our favorite Peruvian restaurant, except the missing French fries, but it was easy and tasty and the presentation was nice. I made a mistake and bought green bell peppers as well as red and yellow, so it was even more colorful.

Turned out great! Don’t overuse olive oil or it can become soggy. This is a new family favorite!

Good recipe! Meat was a little tough. Next time I will cook it a little less. We served it with rice as a side.

Amazing! Not a fan of onions so I left them out and I don't think it could have turned out any better definitely going into our dinner rotation

It was fantastic. Blown away by how great it is for such a simple recipe. I cooked it in an enamel dutch oven, so i turned up the heat to the higher side of med-high.

I overcooked the beef and forgot the red pepper but that was my fault the flavors were delicious and my husband loved it too. I will be making this again!
