This was really good. I hadn't realised there was no flour though so it wasn't a cakey flavour but good.

So darn easy! It took 2:00 in my low-power microwave to get these baked perfectly. Super-quick, healthy morning treat! Update: still loving this four years later. It's a perfect way to use old bananas (even black ones that are extremely mushy inside) without having to commit to a loaf of banana bread.
