    So darn easy! It took 2:00-2:30 in my low-power microwave to get these baked perfectly. I'm adding this recipe to my arsenal of super-quick, healthy morning treats and am eager to try adding additional ingredients like nuts and chocolate chips, zucchini, etc. Thanks for the delicious recipe!

    Awesome! Really looks like an oatmeal muffin and so easy! Delicious! Added some shredded coconut (no berries). Will make everyday for breakfast instead of usual donut or Danish - thanks!
