- 2 cups ice
- 1 cup almond milk (light, I use almond breeze)
- 2 Tbsp. hemp protein
- 1 scoop vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. mint extract (or more to taste, Mint is different than peppermint extract, You can sub with peppermint, but I would use less of it.)
- stevia
- Truvia
- sweetener
- 1 square dark chocolate (>85%)
- 1 handful spinach (but you can add greens or liquid chlorophyll drops... all are healthy options... just add in slowly to taste)
- food coloring (Natural blue, you can find all natural plant based food dyes I use this to give it more of a "minty" color although it looks really good without it too.)
- 4 Tbsp. heavy cream (this would make it an "S" otherwise it is a "FP")
- 1/4 tsp. xantham gum (or Glucomannan powder, adds thickness)
