Wonderful and easy! I made it night before, then all I had to do when I got home was to pop it the oven to bake & left it in oven about 15 minutes more (since it was cold from fridge) Delicious!

i used Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce instead of the green chilies. i also used cayenne and paprika in place of the chilli powder. added about 1/2 lb of ground beef. it was delicious. topped wirh sour cream and more cilantro.

Not quite sure where I went wrong in making this, but there was a load of liquid in the bottom of the dish, making it almost soup-like! The flavours were okay - the pickled chillis were a bit overpowering for my taste (even though I used less than was listed) making it difficult to taste the other ingredients.

Loved it !!! Will definitely make it again

Very tasty did change some things after reading reviews 1 used salsa instead of pasta, 2 used black beans instead of Z squash,3 used a diff cheese,, but my picky grandkids loved it

This was just ok. We didn’t care for the refried beans. I’ll try it again with them to see if we like it better

My family loved it. Only thing extra I added was I doubled the cilantro and topped it with Cholula chili lime sauce. 👍

i added ground turkey and lauered the tortillas on top to give a crunch. flavor was really good. some thought it was too spicy, but i loved it!

Pretty good. It would almost be better as a dip than a meal.

I used salsa instead of enchilada sauce. Tastes great, definitely don’t skimp on the cheese!! And recommend a little hot sauce or it’s a little bland. Can use leftovers at breakfast, just throw an egg on top and it’s a deconstructed breakfast burrito!!

Great! Very Yummly! I added Ground Turkey meat to the recipe... a little less beans and more corn!

This is more like chili then caserole. That being said, it was a huge hit! The tortilla crust makes it very fun to eat, and tastey, too!

It was much liked by my family

Great recipe, but needed a few tweaks for a more robust flavor. I added a little extra enchilada sauce, used 2 tortillas instead of 4, added way more green chile, cumin, and corn, and added a 15 oz can of diced tomatoes. I think the extra stuff made it hold its shape easier (easier to cut and serve). This is in my menu rotation now. Serve with sour cream and guacamole.

I was so excited to make this, but it turned out awful I followed the recipe as directed, but the flavors did not work.

Delicious! All ingredients work well together. Looks great coming out the oven. Will make again, although the brand-name Old El Paso recommendations can easily be substituted for a cheaper option. Yum!

I loved this recipe! We will certainly be making this again. I added lean ground beed because my fiance doesn't like just veggie dishes. It was amazing!

Easy, delicious, and nutritious. Tastes like a casserole, super filling, but good for you! Basically just veggies. Awesome

Delicious! Replaced enchillada sauce with simmered down tomatoes, added 3x cumin and some garlic/salt powder. After baking the casserole dishes (two pie tins), I broiled it for a few mins to make the top crispy. I also used white tortillas instead of wheat. I served it with sour cream and avacado. Definitely making this again.

It was great, my husband loved it as well, even with no meat. I will make it again. I cut the tortillas to fit the pan so they didn't overlap, so probably fewer calories total. Not by much though.

I had some homemade black beans on hand so I decided to try it and I absolutely loved it! I used less cheese to cut the fat but I didn't miss it at all. Full of flavor and easy to make.

I loved this recipe! Will definitely make it again. I made some of the recipe items from scratch- worth it if there's time- Refried beans from Cheaters Refried Beans-The Weary Chef, enchilada sauce- Homemade Enchilada Sauce from D*** Delicious, and Home Made Whole Wheat Tortillas fro Food52.

I have already been told I have to make this again. Its delicious! I do recommend adding chicken to give it another kick. I cooked chicken - shredded it and then added it into the mixture right before putting it into the oven.
