- 1/3 cup coconut sugar
- 3 Tbsp. honey
- 2/3 cup unsweetened applesauce (room temperature)
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt (I used non-fat Greek room temperature)
- 1 large egg (room temperature)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
- 1/3 cup chocolate chunks (or mini chocolate chips, plus a few more for sprinkling on top, I used a combo of both)
