So delicious! I made the sauce from scratch with gf flour, yum! All three of my kids ate AND liked it!🙌🏼🙌🏼 Also used ground pork instead of turkey because it was on sale!

I made it with the homemade sauce recipe. I was a little worried making the sauce the day before, because I couldn't seem to get it to thicken, but I put it in the fridge and when I went to make the enchiladas today, the sauce was perfect! I did have a LOT left over though, so next time I will make half the amount of sauce. I had to eat them woth a fork and knife, the were super messy, but DELICIOUS. My husband and daughter also loved it. I will 100% make again. Thanks for the recipe!

I seasoned the meat like taco meat, and cooked with the onions, and some of the peppers. I also used canned sauce and Mexican cheese. It was great, and Husband loved it! It is a wonderful recipe idea. Thanks!
