Excellent! I used 3 eggs instead of 2 eggs and 2 egg whites. Made a glaze with 1/2 cup semi sweet and 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips, 3 TBSP butter, 1 TBSP light corn syrup and 1/2 tsp vanilla melted in the microwave and drizzled over the cake when it cooled. Probably not skinny but really good.
