Oh my goodness this is delicious.......
I used coconut milk instead of almond, and agave nectar instead of the syrup (equal amounts), whipped it up in my blender and YUMMLYNESS resulted,! Immediately added a double batch to make more, its so good the recipe quantity will not be enough for sharing hahaha

This was great! I have been hesitant to try avocado pudding, but now I wish i tried it sooner!! I modified it slightly. I put in 1 tbsp of unsweetened cocoa powder, and one scoop of Keto Cocoa by Giant. Put a few raspberries on top and voila! Yummy yummy. Didn't need to add any sweetener since the keto cocoa has munk fruit extract in it already.
