- 1/3 cup marsala wine
- 1/2 cup fat free chicken broth (Swanson 88%, I used chicken stock since it was all I had on hand)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley (chopped)

This was really good and everyone liked it. I doubled the marsala wine and chicken broth to have more sauce and it was perfect. And I used only white mushrooms because that is what I had in the house. Served with salad and pasta. I will make this again.
