It's very tasty used curry instead of cumin and made pico to go with it. didn't use poblano because was I making the pico de gallo.
Had to use green bell pepper.

Awesome! Sliced chicken into strips then marinated, and stir fried the chicken, then vegetables, then added together last 5 minutes. Easy to make, will become a favorite.

This is my go to fajita recipe. Marinating the chicken with the lime beforehand keeps this fajita from being anything but boring. Yes, I use the guacamole.
