Great! Loved it, but, added a sauce made of a rue with chicken broth, Worcestershire, Dijon mustard and white wine delicious!

Very easy and delicious! The chicken came out a bit dry so served with mustard, which helped. Next time I would try cooking it at 425 instead

This was delicious! I followed the recipe but reduced it to a third. I used spices from a jar that featured a picture of an early TV chef. The only thing I did differently was to place a well oiled cooling rack inside of a metal baking pan. Also, I used a food thermometer to test for doneness (165)

Used only 1 egg beaten and after rolling and placing in pan, the brushed egg over chicken. Then sprinkled bread crumbs and cheese over top. Then sprayed again. Bland, needs more spices. Also think next time, eliminate egg and use oil instead.

Delicious. I used tenderloins and melted the cheese on top at the end of cooking. Even the kids loved it.

I used regular frozen chicken boneless skinless breasts and pounded them out myself and it worked out great. this was a hit with the family, and they didn't even realize it was healthy (kinda)
