    Awesome recipe. Easy to make.I used tomato sauce in the bottom instead of water, it held the flavors in the pepper and it gives the pepper even more sweetness.

    This was awesome! I didn't cover it with foil, so I got more of an crisp to the pepper. I also used mozzarella!

    These were easy to make and my husband really enjoyed them. He has always been a fan of stuffed peppers so it's nice to have a low calorie recipe for them.
