- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3 eggs (beaten)
- 1 cup sweetener (zero point white granulated, I use Lakanto Monkfruit Classic Sweetener)
- 1 cup sweetener (zero point brown sugar, I use Lakanto Monkfruit Golden Sweetener)
- 2 Tbsp. light butter (Land o’ Lakes, made with canola oil, melted or 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce)
- 8 oz. cream cheese (1 package, 1/3 less fat, room temperature)
- 1 Tbsp. light butter (Land o’ Lakes, made with canola oil)
- 1 cup powdered sugar (zero point, substitute sweetener I use Lakanto Monkfruit Powdered Sweetener)
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 Tbsp. skim milk (or almond milk)
