An absolute hit. If you want it non-skinny, just swap the milk with heavy whipping cream.

Pretty decent. I think the next time I will make my own Cajun seasoning. I went non-skinny and used whipping cream.

this was fantastic, I used heavy whipping cream and added a bit more cajun seasoning to the sauce though.

Excellent! Everyone loved this! Added some fresh peas to the sauce as it cooked and was such a good compliment. However, stirring the pasta into the sauce is a pain - would serve pasta, sauce, and shrimp each in its own pan so can add as much or little as want of each.

This was delicious!! It’s definitely going on my rotation! It isn’t as heavy as Alfredo, but just as delicious. More so with the guilt gone!

Delicious and easy to make, even with oat milk. Next time I might add some greens like peas. Will definitely make again.

I didn’t have milk and used cream and water instead so it was a little heavy but it’s delicious either way

Very simple to make and great flavor. I pretty much had every ingredient in my fridge. And you dont have to feel super guilty eating this pasta.

It came out delicious! I stirred the shrimp in the seasoning and olive oil before cooking, and it really added cajun flavor to the pasta. Would like to try again, with broccoli and spinach!

Delicious! My husband and I have decided that it is a great dish for company as well! Making it again tonight!

We liked this recipe. I substituted with what I had on hand--pre-cooked shrimp and a combination of white cheddar & Monterey Jack instead of Parmesan. I eliminated the salt (husband on a low sodium diet). Due to our taste preferences I cut the Cajun seasoning and thyme to about half. I will be making this again.
