- 1/2 cup nonfat plain greek yogurt (or regular nonfat plain yogurt)
- 2 Tbsp. buffalo wing sauce (I like Frank’s Red Hot sauce, see shopping tips)
- 1 Tbsp. light mayonnaise (I like Best Foods, Hellman’s)
- 1 1/2 tsp. Hidden Valley Ranch Salad Dressing (dry mix, optional)
- cracked black pepper (A little)
- 1 1/4 cups chicken (cooked and chopped, boneless, skinless)
- 1 cup celery stalks (diced or sliced thin)
- 4 sandwich thins (sandwich, I used Oroweat whole wheat or use your favorite, see shopping tips)
- 4 slices tomato
- 4 slices tomato (cut in half for each lettuce wrap)
- 8 romaine lettuce leaves
