I used the leftover spicy bleu cheese chicken dip, added a small tub of cottage cheese. I baked the pie crust for 9 minutes beforehand. I caramelized an entire onion, and put them on the bottom of the pie crust. Added the blend atop, then sliced squash and topped with the mozzarella. Huge hit.
