The bruschetta was good. The entire family enjoyed it. We served it with mixed sauted vegetables.

I accidentally forgot the balsamic vinegar, but this was excellent! Great for a healthy weeknight 30 minute meal! Next time I'll try with the vinegar, oops!

Delicious!! Will be making it again. Used thyme instead of basil and did not use the vinegar.

Turned out great! Based on the “bland” reviews, we used Mrs Dash to season up the chicken before cooking. It came out very tasty! And of course, lower in sodium.

One of my favorite recipes from this site. Tastes incredible, healthy, and I toast rosemary garlic baguette slices to eat the rest of the bruschetta with. AMAZING.

Quick and easy. Great summertime meal with spring salad and fingerling potatoes. Just dumped the potatoes (stirred in a teaspoon of olive oil prior) on the pan in the oven after the chicken cooked for 15 minutes. The family loved it!

Super light but still has a lot of flavor, an awesome twist on a traditional Italian dish!

Pretty good. Baked for 35 min, took out and put mozzarella slices/tomatoes and basil on, and then baked for 10 more min

This was delicious! I did make some changes though. For the bruschetta, I used only about a teaspoon of olive oil and added in some red onion. The chicken cooked for about 25-30 and after that, I topped each breast with an ounce of fresh mozzarella and broiled it until the cheese got melty.
