I added a bit more of a kick and I did have the sweet chilie sauce but it still turned out delicious.

Wonderful!!! The cauliflower was crispy and the bang bang sauce was awesome, everyone loved it, it’s a keeper

Good sauce, but a not so great way to cook cauliflower. Skip the breading and just roast the cauliflower (or use the dip for a veggie tray).

Only good right out of the oven but even then, I would definitely modify the recipe somehow. The flour was still very powdery and I had to keep them in the oven for around 30 min rather than the recommended 20 min. I made it for a potluck and they were cooled down and really gross when I got there... I didn’t even want to serve them. Wouldn’t really recommend unless it’s modified.

Loved it! Though, i did cheat on the skinny part and fry them instead. Sauce was great!

yummmmm!
I made it per the directions. I used it as a side to some crispy baked tofu.

Delicious! I roasted the cauliflower in the oven and skipped coating in in breadcrumbs.

Very yummy! Changed the sauce a bit. Would make it again as it makes a nice snack or side for a meal.

I used a sweet and sour mix in the sauce. Loved it. Will try roasting cauliflower and try that out too to keep my carb counter lower 😊

Sauce is awesome will just roast cauliflower next time and not waste time with breadcrumbs!

Awesome recipe! Sauce is delicious. It can be a bit difficult to spread the breadcrumbs but if you take your time, they turn out well.

These were so delicious, I scrapped the first batch of sauce I made and left out the honey on the second batch. It took a lot of playing around to get the sauce just right, but it was a fast and easy dinner side for sure.

It was delicious with the bang bang sauce but the cauliflower could have been more crispy and flavorful. I might try it with more seasoning in the egg mixture. I was in a rush or else I would have broiled the cauliflower at the end to get it more crispy and golden too.

Great recipe! We didn't have parchment paper so we just coated a shallow pan with EVOO, and baked for 25 min. Instead of the listed 20... Worked great! Crispy on outside /soft on inside and the bang bang sauce was perfect!! Will make again for sure!

I agree that the only way to have this is fresh out of the oven. My favorite part of this recipe was definitely the boom boom sauce - it can be used on anything.

Awesome. Brought a double recipe to a pot luck party and it disappeared rapidly. Did increase proportion of sweet chili sauce in the dip; bought it in the Asian food aisle of my local Safeway.

Only way to have this is fresh and hot out of the oven, other than that, it was delish! Healthier than frying.

Sauce is excellent but the breading doesn't stick to the cauliflower if you use the method described in the recipe
