Very flavourful. Used dried thyme as I didn't have fresh and I added parmesan at the very end.

This side dish complimented my Pork chops covered with tomato sauce, peppers and onions!

Good and pretty easy! I used basil and coriander instead of thyme. I would just add the spices in a larger quantity.

been making that ways for year but mine has sausage in it and stew tomato and 1/2 cup of sugar and cook it the same way

This is the one I was looking for simple and I added more spices and I stewed fresh tomatoes and I am going to serve it over white rice this is a side dish
