    I remember having this dish at Ruby Tuesday years ago when my son was in college. I wanted something different and I came acrossbthis recripe.. Delicious will make it again. I'm in love with this. Thank you. PS I too had 4 children and woukd go to different restaurants come home and copy them. That's the beauty of this.
